1. Shipping
I ship my artworks carefully and securely packaged to ensure that they arrive in the best possible condition.
Depending on your preference, artworks can be shipped either rolled or stretched on a wooden stretcher frame.
The available shipping options and shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
Shipping Costs
Germany
Rolled shipping: €10.00
Shipping stretched on a stretcher frame: €30.00
European Union (EU)
Rolled shipping: €15.00
Shipping stretched on a stretcher frame: €50.00
United Kingdom & Switzerland
Rolled shipping: €25.00
Shipping stretched on a stretcher frame: €70.00
USA & Canada
Rolled shipping: €45.00
Shipping stretched on a stretcher frame: €130.00
Rest of the World
Rolled shipping: €55.00
Shipping stretched on a stretcher frame: €170.00
For international deliveries, additional customs duties, import VAT or other import charges may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The applicable shipping costs will be shown during checkout according to the selected shipping method.
Shipping Provider
Shipping is handled by DHL.
For artworks shipped rolled, the painting is carefully protected and securely packaged in suitable shipping materials.
For artworks shipped stretched on a stretcher frame, the artwork is securely packaged according to its size and characteristics.
Delivery Times
Delivery within Germany generally takes 3–5 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery to other EU countries generally takes 5–10 business days after receipt of payment.
For deliveries to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and countries outside the EU, delivery may take longer due to international shipping and possible customs clearance.
For individually commissioned artworks, the delivery time may be longer due to the individual production process. The estimated completion and delivery time will be agreed with you individually before the commissioned work begins.

Commissioned Works
For individually commissioned artworks, the production process begins after agreeing on the desired size, colours, design and any other individual requirements.
Details regarding the production, price and estimated delivery time will be agreed with you before the commissioned work begins.
Please note that there is no right of withdrawal for artworks individually created according to your specifications, provided that the statutory requirements for this exclusion are met. Further information can be found in my Right of Withdrawal.
