Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing me of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which I receive notification of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
I will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.
I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return and Return Shipping
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return or hand over the goods received to me within fourteen days of notifying me of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Please package the artwork carefully and securely for transport in order to avoid damage during the return shipment as far as possible.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The return of artworks is accepted exclusively within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal. No additional voluntary return policy is offered.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Commissioned Works
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
This applies in particular to artworks and commissioned works created individually according to the customer's specifications, where, for example, the size, colours, subject, design or other individual characteristics are determined according to the customer's personal wishes.
For finished artworks already offered in the online shop that have not been individually created according to the customer's specifications, the statutory right of withdrawal applies.
