Original Paintings
Are the paintings real originals?
Yes. Every painting is one of a kind, hand-painted by me in my Stuttgart studio, signed on the back and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
How is the original delivered?
You can choose between two options at checkout: stretched on a wooden frame with a sturdy metal hanger, ready to hang, or rolled in a shipping tube.
Is a picture frame included?
No, a decorative frame is not included. The edges are neatly finished, so the painting also looks beautiful on the wall without a frame.
I ordered the rolled version – how do I hang it?
The best option is to have the canvas stretched or framed by a professional framer.
How do I care for the painting?
The surface is sealed with a UV-protective varnish. Simply remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity where possible.
Art Prints
What is the difference from the original?
The art prints are high-quality giclée prints of my original paintings on matte, glare-free paper (200 gsm) from FSC-certified production. They let you bring the colour world of a painting into your home in a smaller format and at a more affordable price.
Which sizes are available?
The prints are square and available in 30 x 30 cm (12 x 12 in), 50 x 50 cm (20 x 20 in) and 70 x 70 cm (28 x 28 in). They fit standard square picture frames.
Are prints shipped together with originals?
No. The prints are produced by a partner print studio (Gelato) and shipped separately.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
I ship worldwide.
How long does delivery take?
Originals: 3–5 business days within Germany, 5–7 business days internationally.
Art prints: 5–7 business days including production.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and shipping option and are shown at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs fees for deliveries outside the EU?
Possibly. Any import duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Payment & Returns
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You can pay by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other common payment methods. All available options are shown at checkout.
Why is no VAT shown?
As a small business owner under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), I do not charge VAT and therefore do not show it.
Can I return a painting?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can find all details in the cancellation policy.
