Je nach Lichteinfall verschiebt sich der Farbeindruck dieses Werks. Changierendes Grün und Smaragd sind von zarten Rosé- und Mauve-Einschlüssen durchsetzt, die je nach Blickwinkel stärker oder schwächer hervortreten. Die zwischen den Lasuren sichtbare Naturleinwand verstärkt dieses Schimmern und greift das Farbenspiel des gleichnamigen Edelsteins auf. Gemalt auf einer runden Leinwand, verändert es die Stimmung eines Raums spürbar und lebt vom wechselnden Tageslicht.

Depending on the light, the color impression of this piece shifts throughout the day. Iridescent greens and emerald tones are interwoven with delicate touches of rose and mauve, which appear more or less pronounced depending on the viewing angle. The natural canvas visible between the translucent layers enhances this subtle shimmer and echoes the shifting colors of the gemstone of the same name.

Painted on a round canvas, the piece noticeably transforms the atmosphere of a room and comes alive with the changing daylight.
